depends on what you like to play.....cash games i would think its party.....tourneys would be pokerstars.

neither of them have great deposit bonuses except like 20% maybe like once a month or so.

www.tigergaming.com has a 100% deposit bonus in June. The players are brutal which is a bonus in itself and the software is nice.
